Okay...

I doubt anyone is reading this blog at this point, because I never actually post in it.

I'm back at school tomorrow, and I'll probably start posting then. My goal is about 4 days a week or so. It's going to be mostly music, with mini reviews and links to songs. I've been totally dependent upon blogs to get to everything I've wanted to hear this year, so I'll post what I come across and hopefully help someone find something they like.

First [real] post...

I'm a ridiculously big Radiohead fan, so it's fitting that the first real post here is about them. Not too much new news on their forthcoming album, but Thom Yorke posted a little update today, that you can read here. It's characteristically lacking in specificity, but my interpretation of it is that they're probably working on the business end of things. Album in the fall, hopefully. They've been recording for 1+ years now, so I've been waiting on this one for a while. You can listen to some new tracks that they played on last summer's tour over at http://lders.nl/ along with a YouTube video of some snippets of new studio stuff.

More is going to come later. I'm not sure what yet, but hopefully nothing to uncomfortably self conscious or narcissistic. There will be music, there will be movies, there will be books. More later.
